Watch that video and the imagine those barrels are cars on both sides on a narrow street or trucks parked in a tight truck stop. If your tandems are slid all the way back, there is NO tail swing. If your tandems are slid all the way up your going to tear some #### up!!!!

Did OP take pics of the street? In order for the tail swing to hit the car on a right turn, that car would have to be parked on the left corner, usually in a NO PARKING ZONE.
