Hi fellow drivers again I'm looking to buy my very 1st truck is $50,000 too much or is it an OK price??
I ask this question because the trucks that bring my attention cost around this price. Thank you in advance.

So let’s start with a picture of the truck, and a description of gear make and model.
How many miles on truck?
What motor? When was last overhaul of any?
What trans?
Any major work performed on rears or trans?
How is the brakes and tires?
Did you check driveshafts and u joints for any play?
Wheel bearings and king pins?
Any leaks anywhere on truck including wheel seals?
Spring hangers and pins? Any play?
This is just a start to justify if the truck is a good price.
Even if it needs any of this work it could still be a great truck, but would help you in negotiation of priceBfr38, Rideandrepair, Hanginthere and 2 others Thank this. -
