Hey guys, I’ve only ever loaded single coils or other single piece loads on a 48’.
Currently have a 10’2” spread on a Reitnouer 53’ flat. My fifth wheel doesn’t slide and I can run
34 on my drives and stay 11500-11750 on my steers. Can you guys help me find the center point for weight distribution?

Depends where the trailer axles are. Our 53 Reitnouer trailers I put coils about 12 to 16 inches in front of the turn signal lite. I think the rear axle is 24” ahead of a set rear axle setting. Our trailers have a 24” kingpin.

To find the actual load center measure from the king tin to the center of the 2 trailer axles. The half point is the load center. Then you can adjust from there.
