Man i would assume that would basically be impossible to clear out. I would assume the red feed line is what has a clog if any of them do. I wouldn't have any idea how to clean it. I mean it obviously already has plenty of air pressure on it everyday. Maybe I will just shoot some WD40 in the gladhand and then unhook the red line from my spring brake control valve and see if that blasts anything out?
53' dry van wheels will move without air?

I am open to any other ideas of what to pour in there that could possibly help. I have some airbrake antifreeze around somewhere as well. On a side note my old truck before this one I did have to replace the tanks due to rust issues.....so there could be a piece of rust or something in that line somewhere. Good thing there is only 53ft of it....

Sorry for so many posts I'm just thinking out loud here. I wonder if I try to back feed the line from the back with my air compressor if that could potentially help dislodge anything. I will try that tomorrow morning and see what I figure out. Please post any other ideas or suggestions you have cause I am definitely getting a little off the path here.

Do the glad-hands on the trailer attach to a removable plate on the front of
the trailer? If so remove the plate and check and see if the 3/8" plastic air
lines are twisted or kinked restricting the air flow.Kruse Family Farms Thanks this. -

Well guys...I pulled apart every fitting one by one and blasted the whole system step by step with cleaner....still get the same result. It blasts off air setting the brakes partially but then takes 10-15 mins to slowly drain the rest for a full set of the brakes. No kinks and no clogs that I can find. Not really sure what to do about it. When I go back to that particular warehouse I will just tell them hey the brakes are fine but it takes 10-15 mins for them to set 100%. Also the reason they never noticed before at this place was because they took longer than 10 mins to grab my trailer. Last time they grabbed it as soon as I dropped it.

There any quick release valves in that system? I've never actually worked on a trailer with spring brakes. All off highway stuff with service chambers only lol.

I have made a separate thread based around the sealco 110500 which is the spring brake control valve. It seems to be the issue in this situation so I am going to see if anyone can help when it is targeted to just that piece. It honestly seems like it just doesn't release the proper amount of air for whatever reason.

If it's all 4 cans set and adjusted and it's STILL not holding, then you have a full set of glazed brakes, and NOTHING is going to fix that short of a full brake job.
