    Looks like I will start with the Greater Ottawa Truck Training next month after my lay off at the end of January.
    Any feed back on this school would be greatly appreciated.

    54 here, and after 25 years of having my own cleaning business, I'm changing careers, going to take my cdl dmv test today at 1:00. just a little nervous here! lol

    My new motto, "if at first you don't suceed try try again" going next Wednesday for my second try. :biggrin_2558: got through my pre trip and air test, but lost it on the alley dock! :biggrin_2552:

    Well, I'll be 55 in a few weeks, and will soon be starting CDL school after 35 years in the restaurant business... Can't wait to get out there and put that rat-race behind me!

    Wow! 35 years in that business and your heart's OK? LOL. Man, I tried it for a very short time and couldn't wait to get out. Madhouse. Trucking is very structured COMPAIRED to that stuff. Enjoy it. Good luck.
