You just scared me jon ! ...i have been audited last week by dot and so far all good , this one i run from 2018 ...other one was car hauling gig... They did placed oos because i quite car hauler and never renewed insurance

On the other hand, Uber, Convoy, XPO are using call centers overseas too.

Uber Convoy Xpo are American based company, under American Law. They screw up on a load or do something illegal they can be held accountable, while Boris could play games and not worry about it, he’ll Boris can even book loads under his authority to later give to someone else.

Listen all I’m saying is verify if the loads are double brokered, that’s all. If he’s using your Mc to book with the Broker then the rate con you see has the agents info or the company info. Just ask the shipper who they used to tender to the load to you.


Not saying accent is bad just saying more and more possibilities of it being double brokered that’s all.
