If you hold it for 15 secs it will reset your qc.

The top right button. If you hold it down for 15 secs then release it should reset your qc.

You use to be able to control/alt/delete to do it but they changed that in an update.

 

Calling your bluff in a couple of hours

 

It works to refresh the screen but not to fully reset the unit.

 

I tried on mine and nothing happened

Go to home screen, hold the talking head button for 8-10 seconds then, hold the center circle for 8-10 seconds. Just a week ago a new driver complained of the same problem with no voice for the navigation. I did this for him and it worked first try and has worked for me before. The screen shuts off and turns back on about 30 seconds later. It will not work if you are driving though.
Perhaps there are more than one way to get the same result but this is the method given to me by Qualcomm when Schneider was of no help.
