I'm the worst sales person ever. A nasty habit of telling the whole story as truthfully as I know it tends to make it hard to close.

@gentleroger don't sell yourself short. I tried, I got fed up and failed. It's really not bad if your a patient person, I may be a bit to high strung, and occasionally my verbal filter malfunctions.

In just shy of 5 years of training I convinced one person to try being a TE. In six years of driving for Schneider I have ZERO recruitment bonus dollars.

I do not sell myself short, nor sell myself long. I can't sell hot chocolate to Eskimos, Sno-Cones in death valley, cheese to Wisconsinites, or moonshine to @TennMan. I make QVC sales drop just by tuning in.

I'd only ask the students for 2 dollars, I know they're in training.

I'm getting some conflicting information. last week I got a chip in my window. Drivers side. Low just above the wiper blade. Not in viewing area. Smaller than a done. No cracks forming from it. In my school they said no chips or cracks in drivers side and passenger side can have a crack but no longer than an inch. I took the truck into the west Memphis OC. They said they would not fill or replace it if it is smaller than a dime on drivers side. So, yesterday my passenger side window cracked. About 8 inches long. I call in the DBL. Had some other business to discuss so I mention it. He transfers me to accident line. Tell them the story. They say I need to talk to SEM. Transferred again. Repeat my story. They say to take it to ATL OC. I get here and they say they won't replace it if the crack is on the passenger side. Not till they do a PM which is scheduled for Dec 15th. He said that DOT does not have a law about the passenger side. What says yall?

Ask who will pay the fine/ticket if they're wrong.

Can't obstruct drivers view. Now if said crack looks like a big bird strike or goes from one side to the other then that's a safety issue.(wink wink)

The windshield has been compromised and therefore doesn't have the proper integrity in the event of a crash. Therefore the windshield is no longer safe for use.

Told to me by a police officer during a traffic stop. I have to assume that if something like that applies to four wheelers then it probably applies to CMVs as well.
