So I'm a 6 month old lease op, started lease from the get go, and I honestly can say prime is a good company, yes I have made as low as a $100 settlement and as high as $3200 settlement, yes I run 65mph and average 8.5 mpg (fm wants it better). I can honestly say I'm glad I came here and so far to thus day I have yet to have a problem with getting a load and my fm always gets me home on time, it may not work for some people but I think prime is/has been a good fit for me, hopefully to receive my year jacket in another 6 month. Not really looking for replies just simply stating for new people prime is a good company no matter what our haters say.

Good job. Were you a newbie starting with lease or did you come in with exp?

Good to here something positive coming out of Prime they had a pretty bad rap going there a few years back maybe they cleaned up shop and got there act together huh? Being a lessee is basically running your own business almost 90% of new businesses fail in the 1st year so if your still doing well in another 6 months i'll take my hat off to you. Anyway wish you well all the best . Gitda-Done
PChase and darthanubis Thank this. -
Way to to go sir! I am glad you are doing well at Prime. It's been good to see you be successful there. Prime is a good company to start with and drive for. I miss the family feel they have. Keep up the good work and in no time will you have your 1 year jacket!
DocMarten Thanks this. -

It's too bad most come on here and complain about one company or the next. It's great to see someone stand up and say they are doing good with any LP plan. It's also good to see some support for the OP.
A little brains and work are all you need. I wish you continued success.FullMetalJacket, michaelg, csw1818 and 2 others Thank this. -

I'd like to know % profits end of year to know if lease is viable. Also, do you keep aa team driver on the truck to maximise profit? If not, will you? Can you be profitable at the end of the year without running team? After taking home time how far in the hole do you go? How many advances have you needed to take?
Glad you happy. I just have questions. -
Like I said use your brain, I take a week off every 5 weeks and I have never been in the hole. I do not run team nor will I ever run team, and I never take advances. yes you can be profitable at the end of the year without training or running team. on average A good lease op can bring in 1200 a week then set aside 25% for taxes. Not every week will you make that but I have made as high as 3200 and as low as 100Starboyjim Thanks this.
