I will certainly admit that there is a LOT of lost information from that era of my life. But that does not excuse a CDL-holding truck driver from knowing such a basic piece of information.
It's actually scary. These folks drive trucks weighing up to 80,000 pounds. But they have no idea how much that is when they see a sign with a weight limit bridge. What else do they not know? Where do they get that CDL anyway? Are you comfortable on the roads with these folks? Are you comfortable with your family on the roads with these folks?

Being Amish would have thought she would know weights and math pretty good all that I have meet seem to real good in those areas. But must admit I deal mainly with the men and I don't know their education system very well may teach different things to a specific gender. For all I know.

Usually these smaller trucking companies like the one she was with require 2 years exp, but she only had her cdl for 7 months.
