I'm not saying it's an excuse by any means. More of an explanation. I'm just wondering where she was coming from.

Way old it a historic landmark several I know of at least 2 other companies that have had to pay to restore it after a mess up as far as I know only 1 other semi has hit it but 6 wheelers have been caught under it.
I am sure they will pay a fortune to fix it. And yes I talked to a fire rescue guy that was down there he said that they followed GPS.
Luckily no not the main so no back ups.

May not get extra point but will cost extra bucks.
Coming from the south it would be a tight corner getting on to Gospel but is doable. My daughter was married in that church :) and from the pic in the first post I was on a side street that wide enough they could have turned left to get back over to 37 and from there I can see the no trucks and weight limit signs clear as day.
Cool I thought it was near 11' but a few years ago it was hit pretty good and thought it was raised during repairs to keep 6 wheelers from hitting it. I guess it wasn't probably because if the historical society. I don't ever go down that way so never really paid much attention to it.
