Pull the pan and pressurize the coolant system. That will tell you if it's water pump, air compressor, liner, or head gasket/head issues. You may have to roll the piston to the top if coolant is coming from a cylinder to determine if it's a liner or coming above it. I have seen several 12.7 compressors put water in the pan. Most times they put water in the tanks to

10,000 on inframe and oil pressure is 35to38 psi. Oil temp at 200 degrees. Am I harming engine? And what could be causing this?

Did you replace the oil pressure regulator and the oil pressure relief valves. At time of in frame? Why the inframe, have you had a failure that left metal debris, oil pressure is oil pressure. With a fresh Inframe you should be north of 60 lbs. What model ddec 3 or 4?

With 15w40, pressure on my 60 and normal operating was around 49-50 since day one. Been on a 10w30 for some time and pressure runs 46-48 at operating temp. Engine runs so much better as well, especially at start up.

I'm having the same problem after getting an end frame I don't know why the mechanic keeps telling me it's the EGR when I know the EGR has nothing to do with it I'm thinking maybe he did something wrong inside of the motor or down in the oil pan area

Anyone ever figure out their problem?
