I just use google sheets on my android to manually enter the data after fueling.

Geez I would be thrilled if I could get 8! How fast are you running and at what rpm? That's a skirted trailer?

8 is pretty good for a mostly stock setup, but there are guys like Dice getting 10 these days.

I mostly run 55mph @ ~1250rpm in direct, but I go faster when the load requires it.

Aside from being a dry van, my trailer is not well suited for the pursuit of mpg. It has vertical support ribs, an exposed spare tire carrier, high-rolling resistance drive position recaps (duals), no skirting, no tail, and over 18" of air gap between the cab extenders and the nose.

With a signature trailer & longer cab extenders, I'm pretty confident I would be over 9 mpg. Unfortunately, Con-Way manufacturing has no interest in selling trailers onesy twosy these days, but I still plan on replacing my trailer this spring and shooting for consistent 9's by the end of 2015...

Nothing too special about those newer aero trailers but those disc brakes are pretty trick. You'd have to run one of those for #### near ever for it to pay for itself and start returning dividends when factoring the purchase price of a brand new one vs. a cheap low tech trailer with 4x4 tires and steel everything.

Just out of curiosity, what sort of mpg penalty can one expect with an EGR model Series 60 vs. a pre-emissions Series 60? I used to average 8 mpg at times with a 2005 ISX motor (per ECU) which was obviously an EGR motor.

Double Yellow: To be accurate, you should show starting with full tanks and ending with full tanks.Your partial fill up numbers are confusing. On 12-17 you put in 12.9 gallons??? Why???
