7 weeks in with U.S Xpress, The stuff you don't hear

It's good to hear that you like a company and they are treating you nice I hope they are making your wallet fat as well like them dumb posters they have lol. Low budget is sorta right it really comes down to getting a good dispatcher and good mechanics. When I worked at sni my first dispatcher was incredible always helped me out and looked after me when I switched accounts my second one didn't care about me at all. Good luck to you and drive safe
