I really believe it's time to tighten up the standards in this industry and make it very difficult to obtain a CDL and once you do obtain a CDL that the training standards are stringent because these Mega carriers all preach safety but as we all know actions speak louder than words and their safety preaching is nothing but hot air

Hope that flatbed was alright. Looks like it was a good thing that the cab broke away from the frame. I hope they look into why this particular truck(Swift) got into this accident rather than putting the blame on trucks in general. There's a reason for it...they just need to dig deep. When are they going to step in and do something about this company? Oh wait...it's easier to punish the entire industry than it is to actually do some investigative work. Silly me...
