    #### that's sad. Idiot who caused it all lived about 30 minutes from my house. Found his FB page, just looks or I guess looked like a lowlife POS....

Prayers for the victims. That flat bed driver sure knows how to tie freight down.

I really believe it's time to tighten up the standards in this industry and make it very difficult to obtain a CDL and once you do obtain a CDL that the training standards are stringent because these Mega carriers all preach safety but as we all know actions speak louder than words and their safety preaching is nothing but hot air

But but but Mercer and Land star don't train new drivers,
And if we want more and longer training, then only the Megas could provide that.
I rarely see a father training his son to drive(except that driver that hit the school bus)

Hope that flatbed was alright. Looks like it was a good thing that the cab broke away from the frame. I hope they look into why this particular truck(Swift) got into this accident rather than putting the blame on trucks in general. There's a reason for it...they just need to dig deep. When are they going to step in and do something about this company? Oh wait...it's easier to punish the entire industry than it is to actually do some investigative work. Silly me...
