    Incorrect. If the citation is dismissed or you are found not guilty then they must removed the violations. If it is amended or reduced to a lesser charge then they must amend the orginal report to reflect the adjucated result. This is mandatory but only if you file a DataQ with the proof of the adjudication.

    Yes, that is the whole problem with the current system, it does not really give you due process without an accompanying citation for the exact same charge as the aledged violations.
