    This is what I ran into last tuesday on the above stated pass

    what you can't see is that we were sitting still just then and that toyota pickup in front of me was sitting in the lane and was blown sideways to where he is.

    You should see the cell phone video I have of this

    I can imagine...my husband drove thru some stuff this past week and stated ..."YOU might as well put a sheet of paper in front of your face, cause you could see better".

    looks like we were out there the same time. I didn't take pics when it was really bad. My Dhonner pics are from fairly low on the mountain mostly.
    My shop only put half a double set of chains on my truck so I had to walk about two miles to buy an iron double. Paid $150 for it and then luged it back to the truck. I was so tired after that I only made it just a bit past sparks nv and went to bed.
    Over that mountain I chiped a 3 week old windshild and picked up a broken link from someones iron in a steer tire that mabey has 6k miles on it
