You said 4K and what I am doing will be ok but not great. It is on 1080p but when they remove 4g in the future like they just did 3g then I would not have to worry. Could not find a 5g set up like I wanted so went with the 4g.

    Those were screenshots.
Was in a 5g area last night.
    4g area today.

    Google speed test.

I had att for a long time that claimed 5g but it was 4g+ 99 percent for the time. Verizon 5g is typically real 5g...

Like I said 4g is plenty fast for a dvr, phone, tablet, ECT. 5g is for density since it can handle more users on an antenna. So inside NYC 5g would be great outdoors. Unnecessary for 99 percent of people.

4g isn't leaving due to range. 4g range from tower is much more than 5g, also 5g has interference issues indoors.

5G speed: 5G vs. 4G download speeds compared
    Average 5G download speed 4G
    AT&T
    75.6 37.1 Mbps
    Sprint 70 Mbps 32.5 Mbps
    T-Mobile 71 Mbps 36.3 Mbps
    Verizon 67.1 Mbps 53.3 Mbps

So again here is the average speed on 4G and 5G I have no idea why you are saying 5G is not really here. You seem to believe in something that is not real. I will agree on the 25 Mbps on the 4K streaming at least.

Yep that is what I figured out. A lot of retailers are selling the same thing marked up about 3X. I got the updated version on yours it looks like with the 4G and 8 Channel. Just got the system yesterday and looks to be a pretty good system.
