9+ MPG Class 8 5 Axel Trucks with Trailers

Pump to pump last 50,000 miles; includes regen fuel and idling , i don't have APU; puling for Celadon all kind of dry van loads from 5000 to 45000 lbs. This site is great for tracking mpg and expenses, I found it here in Dice's thread:Thx!

2016 Cascadia evo. Dd15 Eaton 10 spd manual, 3.42 rears. Flat land 65 mph I can maintain 8.2 by my ppl net and using pump to pump matches that. Slowing to 62 I have pulled 8.7. I don't do full throttle take offs shift at 1300 rpms an use cruise. Normal driving at 70 just trying to get places quick like I did all this week 7.7 mpg 5 hours idle time all week been in cool weather no need. All week have been grossing between 70-74k. I can't complain.

 

way better than my assigned day cab 2017 volvo with cummins smarttorque2. I avg 5.9-6.8 mpg at 65 when it comes to that weigh like what you said. That package wasn't met go through hills of pennsylvania.
