Is that all the oil field is paying?? What does it go up to after being there for a little while. I haul tanker local delivering anything from gas to heavy oil and in training we are paid 15 a hour but after training it's 22 a hour plus mileage and loading/unloading pay. And we aren't union either. Alot of driver unions got chased out of this area. Hess drivers used to be union until they kept demanding more money so Hess fired everyone and shut down their delivery part of the company and subcontracts it all to companies like mine.
$ 90.00 day flat pay option for rookies, miles weekly wages after that? solo out.

i cant stand the west coast, at all lol
WA and OR are ok, but if I never saw cali again i would be totally fine lol, you guys can keep it, im not fond of the north east but I can survive it, and when Im out east i wake up a little earlier so I am done early in the afternoon to make sure i find a spot, but thats how i like driving, really early so I have the early evenings to chill -

With May, I averaged the same on either region. -
after the first day, and a day it snowed like crazy during the first week, unless we had to do it to make it ontime for an appt, my trainer didnt drive after the first day

Hmm. Well I drive everyday. If I was told I can't id stop training because I'm not gonna sit in the passenger seat for a month
