Is that all the oil field is paying?? What does it go up to after being there for a little while. I haul tanker local delivering anything from gas to heavy oil and in training we are paid 15 a hour but after training it's 22 a hour plus mileage and loading/unloading pay. And we aren't union either. Alot of driver unions got chased out of this area. Hess drivers used to be union until they kept demanding more money so Hess fired everyone and shut down their delivery part of the company and subcontracts it all to companies like mine.

Not under the new system they implemented in 2012 .. The only reason a trainer is to drive is if it affects delivery time.

I'm not aware of this system. I drive everyday. Every trainer does.

Both sides average the same at the end of the year .. Cant judge by a week a month or a season.

With May, I averaged the same on either region.
