I have a 92 9400. The air conditioner works fine but the blower will not blow very hard. I removed the cover and seat. When it is on high only one of the blower motors is turning. I put a new motor but it did not fix it. The old motor is fine and works on other settings. What could be wrong or how do I trouble shoot. Thanks
9400 air conditioner

I think the second blower you're referring to is the bunk blower.

I had a 5000 with no sleeper and it had two blowers too. It will run on certain positions on the switch but not on high. When in high position the air barely blows out. thanks for your reply

The plug on the back of the blower switch is known for overheating, and melting. Pull the switch from the dash and check the plug. You can buy a new plug from IH.

I've had this problem with almost every IH i've driven. Once it happened several times on the same truck. I hate sound tacky but I ended up using a toggle switch for the blower that wouldn't run. Might not be very classy but it didn't give me anymore trouble.

need to check for power at the motor connector, that will tell you what you need to do next.

Check the plug @ the resistor. Not sure if there are two on an international. Its either the motor or the resistor.
