Just for comparison, 03 KW W900L insured at $60k and a 92 utility insured at $10k, million liability, 100k cargo, my yearly premium is $6,700!

I got the quote back from the other insurance company. For the truck is $18,500. Still waiting on cargo but hell that is better than $25,000 for the truck from the other company and the lady put down for this one steel hauling the one that is $18,500 for the truck. Now that is a better deal than $40,000 a year. For 10 payments it would be $1642 a month and for the 4 months it would be 4 payments $4611

I feel better with the $18,500 cause I see how much I'll pay a month. All I got to do now is wait for the cargo quote.

It already has a pto pump on it cause it was used to pull tankers. I rather pull a flatbed in all honestly.

30K is a HUGE bite out of your budget. Makes starting all that much harder..

Honestly, leave it parked, work on it to make it 100%, go drive for somone, then lease on when your ins isnt so high..

From what they said my premiums will go down every year! But hell if is another $20k then for flatbed I don't mind paying the $40k but for general freight in a dry van that just outrageous!
