Okay so I confirmed the lines are proper to and from the solenoid. I also discovered that I believe it needs air to turn on the fan? Or at least when I turn my manual fan switch on, and when the truck is OFF, air flows out of the solenoid to the fan. When the truck is in accessory the air to the fan turns off. But the fan is getting air but still stuck on. When I plug the solenoid in and out, I can see the clutch/hub move just barely. Like maybe 1/32” movement. So that tells me it does seem to be moving and getting air, but not enough? Shop air directly to it does the same thing - moves it in and out very slightly but fan still stuck on.

I have soaked it in PB blast and tapped it with a hammer some more. Still nothing.

Here is where I see it move. The ring to the right of the Horton label.

I’ve read of hitting it with a hammer. Happens a lot when Truck has sat a while. Proceed at your out risk. Lol

Lolz. I’ve bapped it a few times already relatively lightly. Maybe if I drive the truck a few hundred miles later this week it will rattle around and loosen up? If that is the issue. I finally have some work Wednesday Truck has been sitting almost two months.

Thanks to everyone who helped me work through the possibilities and reach the conclusion that it was my fan clutch. It was rusted / broken shut. After 200 miles today it finally freed up. But chunks of the friction disc were missing from my beating I did to it. But it needed to be replaced obviously anyways. New one works like butter and three new belts to go with it.

Pretty simple fix. Mine isn’t tied into the accessory drives. Just 4 bolts to the gearbox and 6 fan bolts. Wife helped me bolt it on when I held it up. Two hour job.
