    Hey guys,
Need a little help diagnosing something. I have a clunking noise sounds like its coming from transmission area. I have had it for a little while, like about 3 months or so, but it has just recently gotten more pronounced. If I depress the clutch, the noise goes away. When I let it back out, noise returns. I hear a little clunking on occasion during shifting of some of the gears. If I have my cruise control on and I am on level ground or uphill sounds fine. But if I am going on a decline I hear a slight whine. As soon as I get back to level ground or up grade it goes away. It is very slight whine but I do hear it. So I am wondering if this is an input shaft bearing. Or could it be something internally in the tranny. Its a Cummins M11 with the Eaton 10 speed. Clutch was just done less than 8 months ago.
    Thanks
