99 Pete 379 No speedo & No tach

Did you had any luck finding the problem? I’m having the same issue

 

Why does the original author NEVER come back to let us know the result and how this problem was fixed??? Never!! Come and ask a bunch of questions only to disappear without any resolution for others to learn from. Just a user!!!!!

 

I have ran into this problem 3 times. First time was a pushed pin on the top plug on the firewall. Second time was a corroded rear plug at the ecm. The third time was the yellow And green data link wires rubbed at the harness about 12 inches away from the ecm.
