'99 volvo fan clutch not engaging and a/c clutch staying engaged (even when on heat)

    Looking for help on '99 volvo a/c. The fan is not coming on and the a/c clutch is staying engaged, even when I have it on heat (not defrost).

    I have unhooked the switches (high pressure and low) and jumped the harnesses and no change. Also when I shoot power to the fan hub solenoid with Power Probe, the fan engages.

    I know nothing about those trucks, but my W900L did the same thing when the defroster relay for the a/c compressor had a little meltdown
