All I know is they are desperate for drivers and have road and driver facing cameras. If you can deal with that, they seem to be decent. I deal with a lot of drivers at the drop lot I fill in at and they seem happy.

Used to be two or three drivers here posting often about them . Now nothing. Strange.

There old lease format was a lease to purchase with a buyout not based on how many miles you ran to determine the payment cycle. With a mileage lease your payment is based on how many mile you ran but if you don't run X amount of miles then the company sends you a bill to make up for lost payments on the truck ,remember the bank wants there payment every month regardless how many miles you ran . Thats where drivers think there only gonna run X amount of miles and be good on the payment . Thats true until the QTR is over now they want their money guess where it comes from your maintenance account or your personal savings.
They may still use the lease with a flat fixed rate i'm not sure . but still the buyout is out of this world, now on the company side they seem fair but when freight is slow you are competing against lease drivers because the company to a point wants them to make there payments so the lease program they have in place is successful. And when the freight is good the opposite is true they try to keep it fair as possible and they do a pretty good job of it based on freight availability. You gotta be a team player and take your lumps when it's convient for them . So is it worth it if your not gonna have the buyout on the lease side thats up to you. As a company driver they're no better than the rest of the industry you can avg 45000yr if your a team player. On the lease side my net before taxes was 38 45000 i was there for 46 months and i still had to pay fed state city so my family took home 34000 a yr. I took my lumps and moved on with the truck .
They like to load a region up with trucks to secure loads from there major account holders. So you might get routed to KC but there isn't a load but i gaurantee there is tomorrow unless there is some left over freight that usually doesn't suit you you will get a load same day otherwise you wait till morning but that's trucking.
Would i go back to them again yes but not on a lease they have awesome equipment dispatch i rate them a 3 out of 5 stars they can do better i have seen it but for some reason they have a turnover in dispatch and thats leads to a learning curve for the new dispatch and you pay the price at the end of the day.
Their onboard camera system is suspect only if you trigger the camera then they pull you back to KC for a counciling that leads to down time and in some cases a write up or probation period. Repeat offenders get let go by starving miles . You might of braked to hard but they look at the video and find other things you were doing like eating or they noticed you were looking down at the floor or you was dialing a phone number it all gets revealed and held against you . So don't trigger the camera it will be scrutinized and all evidence of wrong will be held against you. Good lucksevenmph Thanks this. -
Thanks for the informative post. Good info that drivers can use to make a decision. No surprise they changed the lease to better benefit the company.
