A/C woes - 1998 W900L

    Compressor will not kick in.
    I checked the interior switch and it appears ok.
    I have plenty of freon.
    I jumped from the battery directly to the compressor and it works just fine.

    Where or what should I check next?

    My "gut" feeling is this may be the speed control switch in the cab/dash....but....I don't know how to test this switch.

    ck the low and high press switchs out on the expansion valve on the firewall
