Recruiters are paid to attract prospects. Some recruiters are paid for each person that they get to orientation. It is common for recruiters to tell any prospect what they want to hear and the responsible parties in the company to tell you the reality at the company. Talking to recruiters is about as close to wasting your time until you see what customers of trucking companies do with your time. The company will not change their policy or practices to keep the "promise" of a recruiter. Many recruiters recruit for multiple companies at the same time.

This won't work for a lot of jobs. I can get expunged records through the investigation services and many other companies can, sealing records don't happen unless there is a legal need and then still they are available.

The best thing to do is to just find a good carrier and stick to it.

    bryan21384 and tscottme Thank this.
