You never said your wife tested positive. If she has 9 years experience, why don't SHE atleast go solo to get some checks coming in? You are trying to live off $8.00 an hour instead of putting her butt to work? Why?

And personally, I think the Government...and every "goody two shoes" yuppy needs to chill out on the hooch issue. It's not that bad, and if it were legal (like alcohol is) I would use it in my free time just like I did before I went to trucking school. But that's just me.

I am told ... now this is second hand info because I never tested positive on any of my dozens of drug tests ... but I was told that when you are told you are testing positive, the person (or the company you work for) explains your options. One is to ask for a retest and the other is the SAP process.

SO I have to ask, didn't you ask what your next step was to be when you found out?

a few will not stay in your system that long neither will smoking one joint. THC is stored in the body fat and it accumulates. someone must have been sneaking something in your food more often than you think or your not totally honest here. What about running your own truck? and as someone else suggested have your wife drive. At least you will being enjoying an income

we are looking for a company/owner operator that would be willing to let me do the strapping/tarping not the driving. The wife does the driving.

Just look for a flatbed company that has a rider policy. Your wife can drive and you're the rider. You can't be a rider though if you have a CDL. If you say you're going to help her secure the loads; they won't allow that and probably won't hire her.

Why does it have to be flatbed? If she doesn't want to secure loads, pick a good reefer or van company that has rider policy and even better has Tri-Pac APU's. Holland Enterprises has day one rider policy. Halvor Lines has rider policy; 4 divisions to choose from including a flatbed division.

Gee the same old story,,i tested positive because "my dog smoked the dope while I was watching TV"

Here is the game no matter what the excuse you tested positive,,sounds like you should have not been hanging around with your friends who DO DOPE. Now you do have a solution you can hire a LAWYER AND FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE SOB THE FED YOU THE MARIJUANA COOKIE,
YOUR CHANCE TO GET FILTHY RICH AND FORGET ABOUT TRUCKING,

    YOUR STORY SOUNDS LIKE BS

DON'T NEED ANY DOPERS IN TRUCKING,,MAYBE OBAMA WILL HELP YOU!
