But the OP didn't get out of it he admitted his mistake. And he paid the consequences. It's been 5 to 6 years since the offense was committed. So hopefully he learned his lesson.

I don't have any children so I don't have to worry about that kind of issue. LOL that being said, the man's already paid his debt to society.

Keep pressing regardless what other say. I was in your position at one time not for dui. It took me sometime to get there but I did. You will too if you don't give up. I would have love not to make some straight dumb decisions but I did. One thing I appreciate about life it is a learning journey. Learn and keep moving. I do recognize some opportunities are a one & done you don't get another shot. I don't believe yours is as I'm a example and some others are also. I hope the best for you.

    mjd4277 and elnacho_248 Thank this.

Think that will work for an inmate on death row about to get a lethal injection?[/QUOTE]
Bit of a difference between a prisoner who was convicted by a jury of peers and sentenced to death, and a judge ordering to draw blood prior to any actual evidence or charge.

Prime was 4 years last time I checked. Companies go by the date you got your license back if you lost it.
A refusal in CO is automatically losing your license for a year.
