A few questions about us express CAn you help?

Hi, I have a few questions about us xpress.
Just passed my CDL A road test today and would like some info on us xpress from anyone who knows.
First:
How are they with women drivers. How would I go about finding a reliable co driver? Would they pair me up with someone during the training period? I am interested in team driving but do not have a co driver.
How carefully do they screen their drivers . I don't want to team with anyone who is questionable.
Where are the orientations held? I am in New Jersey.
How long are the orientations and training period? Are you road tested at orientation or after your training period?
My other company is Schnieder. Which one would be the better company to work for?
If you do work for Us xpress how long have you been there. Do you feel you are treated fairly?
How much of the freight is no touch?
How long are you out for on a typical run? Any other information on either company would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks!
