Ok I'm training for my cdl I've had my permit with passenger and school bus endorsements. My company trains for free and the trainer try's real hard and is great out on the road but I don't think she sets up the practice cones right for the skills test. I know my boss has her stretched thin I've searched for correct set up I'm in mass I know it varies state to state I really don't want to fail because I'm practicing a incorrect course I only have a few weeks left before they expect me to send in my paperwork for a test date . Since she never sets it up the same if I complain they say you can always pay for a course ...
A for effort training

I was spoiled. I got my CDL through a local community college and we had a course set up in the parking lot. Then, this is the spoiled part, the state examiner came to us and we drove our own course! Also the road test was the exact route we had been driving for the four weeks.
But it cost $4000.

Utah has third party testers, so our instructor was also our state tester. Don't know if they still do that or not, but I'm betting that they do.
