A good opportunity for the right o/o?

Yep some guys think putting 3000+ miles a week on there equipment @1.50 is doing very well.

That is so true. I know a guy over there who is leasing a truck and running his butt off over there. He got his truck 7 months after I got mine and he's got almost 20k miles more on his truck than I do. In just about 1.5 years he's done over 250k miles, all at Schneider with there lease program. He's constantly complaining about not making enough each week.

That choice program use to be really good, but Schneider is making it no better than a typical pay by the mile lease program like swift or dart. They just hide that's what they're doing by allowing you to pick your own loads and throwing a really good one on the board every so often.

Mark Zuckerberg didn't have a hair brained idea to take over some o/o's truck and connections to learn the ropes of the industry either did he? Some of these guys looking for easy street are funny. I can imagine torn up equipment and screwed up everything from some joker like this with no skin in the game looking for an easy way. Oh yeah yeah yeah I'm a Navy seal gulf war veteran with lotsa experience yeah, yeah, yeah. Hahaha!!

 

Normally I'd fire it up but I think I'll let this one go...
