How many years did they look back on your mvr?
-
That seems fishy. Most mvr checks are 3 years for moving violations, 5 for at fault accidents. They only go back 10 years if you had a job that fell under FMCSA regs, ie a cdl required. Anyways, I think it's better for you. I don't know much about CenRef, but I know a tad about Pam.
CenRef and Shafer are two places I had in mind if I ever stopped skateboardin..

How is it teaming at PAM? Do you guys live in the same state so maybe easier when ya take home time? How the miles? You doing 48 or just east of I-35? I think its good to team as a newbie, you got another set of eyes and someone to chat with and your apt to make more money then solo. Of course there are disadvantages of teaming but that's true with everything. Anyway let me know i have some interest in PAM yet i know they pay low teaming i think ur splitting .36 or .18 each, USX is paying .48 and the split is .24 each on total truck miles...What i like is Northeastern Ark area and considered checking out the living in the Springdale area! Anyway let me know whats up and all ...appreciate.

man, i wished this would have worked out for you. i would have liked to see your experiences. all i have to do is pick up the phone. and i'm good to go....
i'm going to have to go the company slave route. but once i get the license, man.... my life will be on a better track.
if i can just put the year in and get out without them trying to pull some cheap shots on me like the bunch of crooked companies out there try to do.... i'll be on my way to working local, hauling brine and waste water for the shale boom that's starting around here.Skydivedavec Thanks this. -
Quick post here because I have been talking to driver solutions about getting on and going to C-1 in Indianapolis. I filled out the online app, talked to the recruiter on monday, signed in to e-gears and all that. I said I would be free to go after thanksgiving and my driver agent said they would let me know something by friday. But, now after reading this I'm kinda worried because I live in Kentucky and have a clear record for over 5 years but back farther is not so good. No DUI's or accidents, but some speeding tickets and no Insurance. Plus a suspension for failure to appear. (not really my fault) but all that #### was a long time ago, still got me worried now though.

They turned me down. I haven't talked to them to find out why yet, but I have filled applications out for a few more places.

what all do I have to bring with me to pam? didn't want to bring all my old w-2's, I can still verify employment. working outside the industry now, didn't want to ask them, wanted to find out, I know valid drivers license. s.s. birthcert. ect. just asking, seems like the place to ask.
I know a former driver of pam, but I can't get ahold of him. Don't know if they wanted a old w-2 or not.
thanks
