    Some people have to learn by doing. You can't tell them anything...like my 18 year old son. One can only hope they learn from their mistakes without actually killing someone in the process. If they can't then they go to work at Burger King. They need people too.

    Ha! Reminds me of my grandpa, anytime somebody did something stupid he would say "keep it up, the world needs ditch diggers too."

    You may be old school and that's all good and dandy but some companies are now using e logs and there are no log books to pull out unless the Qualcomm crash. Just saying.
    After talking with him today he went over 2.5 hrs and this is his 3rd out of hrs violations in last month. I think safety will have a nice meeting with this guy soon
