Do you really believe that the FBI will toss a set of fingerprints? I wouldn't hold my breath on that one.

    DTP and Ryan423 Thank this.

Even if it shows up on the background check, it won't disqualify you.
Many of us have "stuff" on record which makes what you did, insignificant.

that's right, i have a record as well.

i wanted to buy a snickers bar, but bought a milky way instead, and it was the king sized one, and i didn't pay the full amount. i told the cashier i was broke, and started to cry, but the cops came and took me to bad boys school....

man, i feel better now getting that off my chest.

I think its more like hes trying to avoid charges of whatever bad stuff he did as a kid in case it comes back to haunt him.

What part of statute of limitations do you not understand?

Dude, if you are that worried about it contact an attorney. Most have free consultations. Explain to them the issue, and find out about the statute of limitations for property destruction. Something tells me, unless you are older than 11, or damaged something important, like a top secret government plane or something, you will be fine.

I watched R rated movies when my parents were shopping as a boy. I'm worried if I give the feds my fingerprints they'll find out about it and not give me my hazmat.
