Your fingerprints are on file somewhere, as in drivers license, banks, etc I wouldn't worry. Much more serious crime going on than a punk 10 yr old breaking a window 20 yrs ago.

They are worried about espionage, terrorism, arson, etc. Lighting paper bags full of poo at 12 yrs old doesn't count.

You don’t have to get the hazmat endorsement to drive a truck.
I wouldn’t want Interpol knocking on my door either

Keep it simple and you won't get caught. Zip the body up in a sleeping bag along with about 4 unopened bags of Quickrite. Now, dump the sleeping bag in a body of water. It will quickly be covered in silt and not noticeable. Use your fish finder to find a deep spot if you wish.
Edit: This is important; duct tape the bags of Quidkrite evenly down the length of the body. If you don't do this, there's a chance they will slip down to one end during the decent to the bottom of the water and leave the body standing upright and noticeable. By securing the Quickrite bags to the body evenly, the body will lay flat when it reaches the bottom of the lake, river or whatever.

I got my hazmat and twic. Got my fingerprints taken. Also got my prints taken when I worked as a security guard at a nuclear power plant. Nobody's come after me for any of the bad stuff that I never got caught for.
