    Hello everyone!

I’ve been reading through this forum for a while now as I made my way through CDL school. After a good while searching for a company that would take me with my current record (2 speeding tickets and 3 delaying traffic tickets in the last 5 years) I landed with CRST. Werner, Swift, Melton, and TMC (obviously) all turned me away, or at least their insurance companies did. I u detest and all that and won’t really discuss that in this thread. As of now I will board a plane on Sunday at their expense and use a rental car again on their bill to Ceder Rapids Iowa for my Orientation and Hiring. I wanted to use this as a journal or sorts to track my process with the company and give a good review of my experience. So far my recruiter Trevor has been great at helping me through the process and answering any questions I have had. I’ll update as things go on.

@Chinatown before he comes back asking for help in a week and crst lying to him and sending him back home without money or transportation. List some companies that are near by and can give him a ride home

    Lol.

National Carriers hires drivers with his MVR, if he's in the hiring area.

I live in Easter NJ by the shore if that helps. Unfortunately I’m pretty much dedicated to CRST right now but would happily welcome back ups.

What NJ likes to use as a pitty ticket. Got stoped for a cracked windshield, instead of a failure to maintain ticket like $200, I was given the 50$ delaying traffic. Driving in the left lane on the GSP at 1 am to avoid deer on the right. Stopped for delaying traffic. And I rolled through a stop sign. In stead of a failure to yield, I got that delaying traffic.

Redbone Trucking has a FedEx account, running out of Woodbridge.
Hires new cdl grads. It's a team position, so probably make good paychecks.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll apply to them as well, already put one in for National Carriers. I still want some backups Incase something happens before I’m officially hired.
