A lot of the bad things that have happened to me have been my own fault.

    Update:
I just read this post again and guys it doesn't matter who you are and how much experience you have every now and then even experienced and semi experience people need to read what I wrote above, because it applies to everyone. Just last Tuesday I had a 19,600lbs load with 18 stops and 796 cases. Guess what I did?
That's right I was in a big hurry to get to my last two stops of the day and I had two cases left in the freezer, guess what I did? Can you guess I grabbed the wrong case and delivered it to the wrong customer. Instead of muffins they got a big case of peas.

When I got to the last stop I opened up the freezer what was sitting there? That's right a case of muffins. Doah!
Well typically Chineese restaurants don't order cases of blueberry muffins so that didn't work to well for them.
Anyhow I walked into the restaurant told the nice woman that I made a mistake and I would credit them and it was totally my fault. She said "That's fine thank you."
If you make a pick error or something just be honest with the customer usually they let it slide and actually you admitting a mistake gets you a lot further along in the long run!
