That cracked me up, guy called me an a/h I forgot that thread.

 

this sup happened in 2008.....and he has been working for other companies??? HOW???? unless he attended SAP he shouldnt be employable and even then its gonna be tough...but why wait so long?? AND and and........not the whole story here me thinks.....

 

you can fail a drug test without taking it if they find drugs in your hotel room or on you.

 

Did you fail a drug test in that situation, or violate company policy?

 

depends on what companies he's working for.

not everyone checks or even bothers with dac.

Yea I hired a driver when I had my triaxles, done the simple hows your driving record? Oh clean no tickets. So can you be here at 5 in the morn? About 10 met him at the pit took him to doc office past drug screen ok we have a keeper I thought. 2 days later was looking the trucks over and fixing little things found a glass pipe with more than residue in it, a bag with some in it and other stuff that freaks me out. Then while I'm hunting his sorry butt insurance company calls me his DL is suspended for dui. I had a copy of it and his social security card as an employer is supposed to have two forms of ID. Insurance company also tells me he failed 1 drug test at previous employer done the SAP thing and was reinstated then failed again and let go. I guess what I'm getting at is small guys like us don't check things like DAC. But I do now and get them insurance approved before putting them in truck. Or did glad I got out of the dump truck business.
