As you can probably tell, I am on vacation now. Grandkids eating me out of house and home. $120 worth of porter house steaks disappeared. Will be posting a lot more than normal.

$6.75 a case plus $5 returnable deposit back in the summer of 2001.

Young and broke meant drinking what was cheap, and that summer it was Hamms. Keep it cold, drink it fast, and you didn't noticed how bad it was.

61 August 13 — I landed a gig estimating for a pipeline/ heavy industrial outfit— do 60-70 hr/wk when we’re running and maybe 30-40 when we’re not—,still got my CDL and they have some pretty sexy trucks and you do something new every day— and we got a mix of old timers and youngsters from every part of the US of A — and for the most part they’re all solid— no booger eaters that I seen— pretty cool place and I’m happier than I been since I came off the road in 2014

austinmike, Oxbow, IH9300SBA and 9 others Thank this.
