You guys are depressing. Life is what you make of it. Seems like you all remember the good and have forgotten the bad. But, yeah I’m tired of otr too. Mainly just tired…

I’ve only been in this business for 13 years, but it has gone right down the toilet in that short time. I am very fortunate to not be OTR anymore, except for an occasional overnight. No way could I deal with that every day.

Deere is starting to price themselves out of several markets , mine goes out of warranty in 4/26 and will live longer than me so it will be my last , I will say this tho they sure hold their value if clean and well maintained.
I could get almost as much now as what I paid for it 2 years ago .
It's hard to beat the quality but you pay for it !

Week 3 at hill bros and still happy , took a day off last week and still got 45 hours with the week ending today.
I'm gonna work the 4th and that pays 50.00 an hour .
This international LT sky rise I'm driving is sure a disappointment tho ! ...330k on it and it rides rough , steer axle is choppy , full of squeaks and rattles , wind noise is awful.
The isx 450 with 12 speed auto won't pull a greased string out of a cats arse .
Ac is great and like the digital scale in the gauge cluster...little to love beyond that other than a comfy seat .
Ok truck to run a 3 hour radius of home .

I'm fairness to international I think this truck has been rode hard and received only fleet maintenance.

These things make one hell of a racket when you pull away from the dock with them still in place and they fall to the pavement.
