It was nice while it lasted, I was working five days a week and making good money. They over hired for the account and they cut us back to four days a week, and I had to start digging Into to my savings to pay bills. Magnum was on my short list if I had to go back OTR.

Day 4....first thing we did was turn in our homework and got our certificates for hazmat training and then we had a presentation by compliance on how the use the peoplenet system. That concluded the orientation.

Talked to trainer today who ison his way back to Fargo to get a couple of things looked at by the shop while he is on his reset. We are going to get together this weekend and try to getto know each other before we spend time in the truck. It does look like we are headed out on Monday to as of right now, parts unknown

Just listen intently to what your trainer has to teach you, go in with an open mind and a good attitude, and you will do fine. Enjoy the experience.

I had all kinds of fun during training - up to and including a night or two out on the town. I got a lot of flack for LIVING during my 34 at Swift, but F' them...it's my time - and I'll spend it as I like...The safety guy in Atlanta tried feasting on my ### and ended up hungry...

Day 1 with the trainer. First load pick up in fargo 3 stops going to Illinois. We got a late start due to a broken light on the trailer. Drove all night and made it to Iowa 80 truck stop with only 1 stop for 30 minute break.
