I do have a complaint. Or rant ?How can a broker in all honesty post a load for a step deck call it a partial, and then tell you you need to be there at a certain time for your crane appointment?

Crane expense is up there, if they're hiring it in from the outside & trying to co-ordinate the loading, I can see it.....

Tell them to only partially use the crane. Keep expenses down.

I do a lot of partials I know a lot of brokers list stuff as partials

Brokers list what should be full loads as partials
To cut costs but never had one tell me there is a crane appointment. That was a first it was kinda funny now I think about it.

yeah, if there are no other parts to the partial and if the problem is the pay why bother yourself with it? unless there's another something missing.
