    But, in short, your question was answered. It depends. That is the short answer, you don't have to like. But its still the answer.

    Yup same. But I park my truck in my driveway. Either way, no one has complained which I’m sure is also taken into account depending on the officer/deputy that patrols the area.

    I do so many residential drops that I almost ignore those signs any more, but then again, if the cop wants to follow me, so be it.
