I was thinking the problem was more one of wresting a large hose or something physical. I
My OTR was almost 20 years ago and they didn't have a problem with that. I haven't decided who to go with. Jim Palmer seems like the driving I prefer while A&R seems like a good company abd a chance to stop swinging doors & treated like an STD by customers. I need a dispatcher for my life, I suppose.

I was worried the physical demands were hard. I use to fly & I think EVERYTHING should be operated by set procedure. I'm sure I can learn it, "paint by numbers", and then do it how they want it done. Hanna said Decatur has a $1,000 sign-on bonus, which would be nice.

I have a interview with A&R at the end of this month in Fort Worth. I'm really apprehensive about leaving my current company because it's the only company I've ever driven for and I pretty much know what to expect with them lol. I guess what I'm most worried about is if the 65-70,000 range really doable with this outfit as a company driver or what ? Definitely don't want to go somewhere else and make less money but I would really like the experience and training I would gain from A&R as I've always been interested in this type of driving. Just mulling it over I guess and it's difficult to find good info on this company.
