I just got filling out an app. with them. Hope I'll hear something either from them or Superior Carriers on the hazmat side. They seem to be hard to get on with. A&R has some nice equipment and looks like they have a killer pay package. Try a search on them here.

    northbamatrucker and RHR1149 Thank this.

I know couple of guys at AR they said its not as good as it once was( but what is) they said its still above average ...great equipment...one was saying pay was somewher in the neighborhood of 49 loaded and 35 mt...$30.00 to unload...dont quote me on that its been a while since weve had that discussion...they pull pellets around where i live guys I know are home weekly...said if your willing to run hard and stay out you can get in the system and make great money ..I applied with them in 99 and recieved a call a few weeks later but had already interviewed with my present employer so I wasnt interested then..dont remember all the details back then but it sounded great...If anything ever happened to my present job I would be knocking on their door...hope my ramblings may have helped..

Well I could tell you a little about the company, only been there 2 weeks and its a great gig. First time pulling dry bulk so I trained for the first week and a couple of days this week. I run out of the Joliet, IL term. They do have nice equipment. My truck is a 2006 Pete. The pay scale they have on there website is right. 43/27 is for the 90 day. Then up to 46/29 and then what i gather somewhere from 6 mo to a year you hit the 48/30.
If there are any specific questions you have feel free to pm me, you will get a faster response that way.
