A & R Transport/Logistics

I have been seeing this companies driving opportunities alot lately. Wondering if anyone has had any experience with them. As usual, the picture that is painted is a pretty one, but we all know how that goes. Anything I can find out (Good, Bad, Indifferent) would be appreciated. Currently driving a fuel tanker and not real happy with whole ordeal. Ton of BS for a peanuts paycheck.

So I've made it official. Took my drug test and physical today. Should hear from terminal manager on Monday or Tuesday with the results. Gave me a pending start date of December 2nd. Have 2 weeks of training, and then I get cut loose on my own. Just FYI for anyone looking at A & R, they hold your paychecks during training until you have completed training. So after 3 weeks you would receive 2 paychecks. They were also offering a $2000 sign on bonus for all new drivers. First $1000 gets paid out after 2 week training period. Second $1000, gets paid out after 6 months. So after 3 weeks, I'll have 3 paychecks waiting for me. Terminal manager seems like a good guy, straight shooter, not a BSer. Keep everyone updated on how it goes.
