Broken plywood and jagged metal pieces from where it was hit some time ago with a forklift and never repaired.

Such anger from you fella... Everyone wonders if they practice what they preach. Wanted to give kudos where it was due, ya know... seeing as how I'm an evil broker and all.

You got a serious case of envy going on there you forget to take your meds or something? This is the first time we've ever worked with OZR after passing up on a handful of load offers over the past year or so. Somebody obviously can't ever get a rate out of the blue star. You get all worked up like this all the time over business?

I was just teasing, I figured by now people knew I like to goof around on here and wouldn't take anything I say too seriously. If you want me to be serious for a second I'll tell you straight up I think it's very impressive the success F2F is having already, and from what little I know it's well deserved. Especially the type of work you do rollin', I've found it very difficult to string together good paying short haul van loads. It takes a lot of communication and planning, etc...

Also, while I'm being serious it's no secret LSA kind of rubs me the wrong way. Not because he's a bad broker, I'm sure he's great at what he does and a fine person. He rubs me the wrong way because he is constantly trying to advise owner operator's and he doesn't seem to really understand what we do other than the 10% or so of our job that involves dealing with him. And on that 10% he generally only sees it from his perspective and not ours. But I think it shows good judgement on his part to team up with F2F. It sounds to me as if a broker needs a fire put out, like a screwed up load or an account that is getting bad service they can call in F2F like the calvalry to save the day.

And sure, I'm more than a little bit jealous but not in a hateful way at all. I'm glad you guys share what you're doing here and I've learned quite a bit even from the arguments, so it's all good on my end. cheers to ya !

Alright, I admit I was thin skinned there. I apologize for the harsh remarks there was no good reason for that. I know there are a few haters around here lol and we have disagreed a time or three ourselves. Thanks for the kind words.

As far as the short loads go I've managed to book 2 real hum-dingers in the past week. I'm picking number 2 right now and delivering this afternoon 4:30 wish me luck I'm gonna need it I think lol....

Oh I didn't take you seriously, hence my "rat in a cage" reference. We're all good! :biggrin_25525:

fair enough, I'm gonna make an effort to listen and read the posts a little more and talk a little less here. Maybe even be a little more serious. I'm usually doing my billing and record keeping when I check into TTR, or at the end of a long day and looking to blow off a little steam. I guess I should do that elsewhere since this is where some people kind of stake their reputation. Thanks for your patience and understanding then, heckler out.

As far as me advising O/O's, it's more of in a business sense/common sense type thing versus how to run your truck. Even though I don't own a truck, I'm still an owner/operator of a business...
